On-Site Ceremony

• This ½-hour ceremony will be conducted in our beautifully adorned and plush gardens*
• with a Japanese Bridge, Lily Ponds, Gazebo, waterfall and fountain;
• which are all perfect for picture taking.
• *Don’t let inclement weather ruin your ceremony;
•  our fabulous ballrooms can be prepared for the ceremony.
• The ceremony includes the chair set-up for your guests, the runner for the bride,
• the public address and speaker system, traditional music for ceremony only and
• personalized Maitre ‘d service.  You will need to contract the person to perform the ceremony.

Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres

• Numerous hot and cold passed Hors d’ Oeuvres served from Silver Trays and other unique vessels, Butler-Style,
  for the first hour of the party

Full Continental Cocktail Hour and International Smorgasbord

Includes an elaborate cocktail hour including: 

• Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres, Cold Bistro Sections and Two Hot Food Selections in Flaming Chafing Dishes
• Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres, numerous hot and cold served from Silver Trays, Butler-Style
• Cold Bistro Section, numerous cold and room temperature food selections elaborately decorated and displayed by our own Garde Manager. Including:
  
• Crudite (Miniaturized Raw Vegetables presented with a Savory Dip)

Chocolate Fountain - Give your guests the Chocolate Experience of a Lifetime!

• The most common and most popular upgrade.  This tall fountain has cascading chocolate dripping down with a various amount of accompaniments including: Strawberries, Pineapples, Honeydew Melon, Cantaloupe Melon, Bananas, Pretzels, Marshmallows and other items perfect for dipping into the chocolate.
• The Chocolate Fountain is everyone's favorite upgrade and is perfect for Weddings, Sweet 16s, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs or any other type of reception.
  

Imported Beer

• Your selection of two standard imported beers for your reception (most common imported beer selections include Corona, Heineken, Amstel Light, etc.)

Deluxe Water Service on Tables

• Instead of the old-style flat tap water pitchers on the tables, be trendy with bottles of deluxe water. Choose the type of water you want (Pellegrino, Voss, Poland Spring, Panna, Aquifina) and these larger bottles will be placed on the tables for your guests to enjoy.
• This brings a look of sophistication to your party and is one of the most current trends in the catering industry. 

 Tropical Bar

• This Tropical Bar includes frozen Strawberry Daiquiris and Pina Coladas.
• Parents, no need to worry, we can also make them non-alcoholic (virgin) for the kids.  Perfect for Sweet 15 and 16’s.

• Choose a specialized layered/tiered wedding cake from our numerous selections and flavors that fit your style. Upgrades of wedding cakes are also available.

• Also, choose the accent colors, fillings and flavor from our selections.

• This selection of flowers consist of seasonal flora placed artistically in beautiful arrangements that will be placed on your guests tables.  You pick the flower colors and your guests can take them home at the end of the evening.  Additional upgrades are available.

• Beautiful and professionally designed specifically for you.  Your guests will be amazed by these large and wonderfully decorated ice sculptures in a lighted display stand.

• You are more then welcome to include any of the following food selections into your menu; however, these are just some selections and if you have an idea or food preference, please inquire.
